Ingredients: 4 cucumbers
Accessories: a little carrot, 2 cloves of garlic, a little ginger, 1 onion, a little vegetable oil, a little pepper, 2 slices of fragrant leaves, a little soy sauce, a proper amount of salt and 2 pieces of millet pepper
1. Slice cucumber and shred carrot.
2. Drain the water and put it in an airtight jar.
3. Get all the side dishes ready.
4. Prepare a small pot and pour in vegetable oil.
5. Add some pepper and a fragrant leaf.
6. Add onion, ginger and garlic and fry them.
7. Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce.
8. Add the millet pepper and stir well.
