Crossing Zisai while walking, the red mountains are swaying.
? Yulin, an ancient city in northern Shaanxi, is listed as the second batch of national historical and cultural cities.

? To go to Yulin, first go to Hongshi Canyon in the suburbs. This is Yulin's business card.

? Hongshixia is less than 400 meters long, and the river passes through it. This river is called Yuxi River, which is a tributary of the Wuding River, a tributary of the Yellow River, and belongs to the grandchildren of the Yellow River. The Wuding River also flows through Yulin. On hearing this name, two Tang poems, "I'm still living in a dream because I'm poor on the wuding river", will pop up unconsciously. The tragedy of opening or defending borders is bitter and cold.

? The red stones on both sides of Hongshixia are more than ten meters high, facing each other and towering into the sky, surrounded by willows. Grottoes and calligraphy stone carvings are arranged on the stone wall, and those stone carvings are still bordered.

? Hongshan Temple, built on the east wall of Hongshixia, is an ancient temple between Song and Yuan Dynasties. During Chenghua period in Ming Dynasty, it was renamed Xiongshan Temple. In the twenty-eighth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty, the gorge and cliff collapsed and the building was completely destroyed. It was rebuilt and renamed Zhenyuan Temple during the reign of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty, which was a great shock to the distance. Now, the gatehouse has become the "mountain gate" of Hongshixia.

? Zhenyuan Temple is surrounded by mountains and waters with double cornices. More than a dozen grottoes dug on the cliff are the temples of the temple. Down the stone steps at the bottom of the wall, shaded by green trees, Yuxi River passes through the gorge, and the scenery is excellent.

? There used to be 44 grottoes on both sides of Hongshixia, which contained all kinds of stone statues, clay sculptures, embossed stone carvings and inscriptions, most of which were created in the Ming Dynasty and suffered heavy losses during the Cultural Revolution. There are 33 existing grottoes, most of which are on the East Cliff and only five on the West Cliff, but they are beyond recognition. Daxiong Hall, Kannonji Hall, Jue Yuan Hall, Stone Buddha Hall, Notre Dame Hall, Lying Buddha Hall, Three Religions Hall, Little Sumeru Hall and Qinyuan Hall are relatively large grottoes. Except for some re-statues, murals and inscriptions are gone.

? Hongshixia has beautiful scenery. In the old society, when civil servants, military commanders and Confucian scholars came to Yulin, they were bound to hold a banquet and sing here. Since the middle of the Ming Dynasty, the situation in Yulin has become increasingly tense, and wars between the Ming Dynasty and Mongolia have continued. Hongshixia has also become a place for border generals and literati to have a drink, express their feelings and leave books on the rock wall.

At present, there are 185 cliff stone carvings in Hongshixia since its realization, the largest is 4 meters square, and the smallest is only 0.03 meters. There are all kinds of original cursive seals, different strokes and different carvings, including 84 huge inscriptions.

? There are many names in the calligraphy on the cliff, which was inscribed by Wang Rumei, the governor of Yansui. He said, "The dragon is flat on the tiger." "Hua Qian" was inscribed by Liu Minkuan, Governor of Yansui; "Xiong's Guan Feng", written by Zuo Bu, Chen Xing, Shaanxi Province; The Great Wall of Wan Li, inscribed by Li Chunguang, deputy envoy of the army, was an official guarding Yulin during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty.

There are also many people who praise the dangerous places in Hongshixia, such as Tianzhu in China, Qifeng in the Outer Space, Natural Beauty, Golden Soup in the Desert, Sanqin in Xiongzhen, Yuxi Resort and Yuxi Resort.

? For a long period of history, Yulin was a border town.

? It was autumn when I went to Yulin. Think of that year, the frontier fortress in autumn, the ancient crossing of the Yellow River, the long smoke of bonfires, the bleak autumn wind, and the geese flying south in the north. The empty and desolate northern border is guarded by the lives of three armies.

? During the Ming Dynasty, Liu Tianhe, who successively served as Shaanxi deputy envoy, Shaanxi governor and assistant minister of the Ministry of War in charge of trilateral military affairs, had seven methods: climbing the tower;

? Who built the city to defend-Cheng?

? Sit down and talk and laugh.

? Sanqiu's orders spread with the wind,

? Thousands of miles away, the volume bird avoids silence.

? The halberd frost is cold and bright,

? Drums resounded throughout the camp.

? Climb the stairs,

? The striking cigarette pin is purple and horizontal.

? This poem eulogizes the grandeur and solidity of Yulin City, the great power of the army and the tendency of swallowing Wan Li. It is a hero's work in frontier fortress poems in Ming Dynasty.

? Frontier poems in the Ming Dynasty are called "revival" by researchers, that is, following the class of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Since the establishment of the Ming Dynasty, faced with the threat from the north, Beijing was besieged several times. The more wars there are, the more frontier poems there are, and the sufferings of the soldiers on the frontier are all in the poems.

"Title Yulin" was written by Liu Tao, the deputy envoy of Yulin Road in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, which showed the tragic situation of the soldiers guarding the border.

? Fly thousands of miles away,

? Yuyang has been good at Qiang Bing since ancient times.

? Hanging Ziyun in the city is often miserable.

? The ground is covered with sand and yellow grass.

? Release your horse at sunset,

? The moon shines in the sky.

? Who pitied the Zhongzhou scholar for being trapped?

? Ask Dan Yiyi alone!

? Scouts (scouts), Zisai, Huangsha, Bianjia, winning in a row, clouds often miserable, grass shortage. A series of images and renderings are the final feelings: "Who pities the Zhongzhou scholar on the set and asks Dan Yuyi alone! Who sympathizes with those brave men who volunteered to fight here? )

? During Chenghua period of Ming Dynasty, the poem "Yulin Tanabata" written by Wang Yue, a famous frontier commander, described what he saw and felt when he spent Tanabata in Yulin, and also told the sufferings of defending the frontier:

? The blue sky is like water, and the clouds are late.

? On a cold night, the west wind filled the garrison building.

? Ten-year tanabata,

? Homesickness lasts for a thousand years.

? Everyone knows that tasting gall is bitter.

? I feel sad when it comes to biting my teeth.

? Cherish the launching of Yulin River,

? It doesn't matter whether it is good or bad.

? Tanabata triggered the poet's homesickness, and then he felt that the pain of defending the border was like the difficulty of defending the border, which was not smooth. But it is for this reason that I think I should be more self-motivated, just like the Yuyang River, which always flows eastward, no matter whether it goes up or down.

? Wang Yue was the company commander of Suizhen Town, Yan Ren during Chenghua period of Ming Dynasty, and later became a trilateral general system of Yansui, Ningxia and Gansu, and was named Weiningbo, with Prince Taifu. In the eleventh year of Hongzhi in Ming Dynasty (1498), 73-year-old Wang Yue died in the army, and he devoted himself to it.

? Yulin, formerly known as Shang Jun, is an important border town. In the Northern Song Dynasty, Liao was in the north and summer was in the west, which was the front line among the front lines. In the Ming Dynasty, directly facing the Mongolian fighters, Yulin was once the most frequent border town in the Ming Dynasty. It is normal for fighter planes to fly south and suddenly raise smoke.

? Since the Ming dynasty, Mongolian ministries have been eyeing it. Therefore, the Ming Dynasty set up nine important towns (commonly known as "Jiubian Town") on the northern border in case of emergency. Yulin area belongs to Yansui Town, which is under the jurisdiction of this town, from Huangfuchuanbao (now Fugu County, Shaanxi Province) to Huamachi (now Yanchi County, Ningxia) 1700 miles along the Great Wall. The headquarters of Yansui Town is not in Yulin City today, but in Suide, more than 200 miles away. Yulin is just a health center. Later, Meng rode south, and Yulin Wei could not resist. Yu Zijun, governor of Yansui Town, wrote to the imperial court to move the headquarters of Yansui Town from Suide to Yulin, and at the same time expand the Yugoslav capital, and the scale of Yulin City gradually expanded.

? The ancient city of Yulin is adjacent to Tuo Mountain in the east, Yuyang River in the south, Yuxi in the west and Hongshan in the north. From Lingxiao Pagoda and Wenchang Pavilion to Drum Tower and Zhenbeitai, eight buildings are arranged from south to north, and the towers are more than twenty miles away, echoing each other from a distance.

? "arcade street on the sixth floor" is the main street in Yulin old city, starting from the south gate in the south and reaching the drum tower in the north. The locals call it Laojie, but it was actually renovated for tourism. There are many old houses in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.

? The so-called "sixth floor" refers to six pavilions with Ming and Qing architectural styles, such as Wenchang Pavilion, Wanfo Building, Xingming Building, Kaige Building, Bell Tower and Drum Tower, which are arranged on a street just over three miles long. Among them, Wanfo Building, Xingming Building and Bell Tower are historical relics, and the other three are original site reconstruction.

? The southernmost part of the old street is the well-preserved Yulin Acropolis and the city wall, which is very spectacular.

? Yulin Acropolis is an ancient building of Ming and Qing castles.

? Yulin in the Ming Dynasty can be traced back to the Yulin fortress established in the first year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1403). In the early years of orthodoxy, it was changed to a fortress, and in the seventh year of Chenghua (147 1), it was promoted to Yulin Wei. In the ninth year of Chenghua, Yansui Town moved to Yulin Acropolis to expand the city wall. As the head of Jiubian Town in Ming Dynasty, the wall height of Yulin has surpassed that of Beijing, and there are more than 1700 brick stacks on the wall.

? Yulin city wall is rammed with loess, and the outer wall is bricked with stones, with piles on it. The bottom width of the city wall is 15m, the top width is 9m, the height is 12m, and the total length is nearly 7km. In China, Yulin City Wall is well protected, and it is still 5.6 kilometers long. At that time, there were five doors (the east gate and the south gate were equipped with crocks), and now there are three, which is really reasonable, but the watchtowers on the doors are gone.

? In an alley of Yulin Old Street, a sign of "fifteen-year-old shop" is very eye-catching. Walking in, there is a small yard with three or four rooms and eight or nine small tables. Ordering a "pork ribs and sauerkraut stew" is a big deal. In fact, there are 189 ribs and seven or eight big potatoes, plus noodles and tofu, which are full of pots, suitable for two or three people. I'm alone. I only ate half of it with an open stomach.

? There are many cuisines in Yulin, and "braised in brown sauce" is one of the specialties, but the word "braised in brown sauce" has remained. "Fried meatballs" is another matter. It doesn't feel like meatballs. This is also a local specialty snack. Steamed with shredded potatoes and noodles, then fried with onions and sweet peppers (general process), so it's called fried meatballs, which is delicious, but I don't know why it's called meatballs. Because of our understanding, meatballs, whether fried, steamed or boiled, must be round.

? Stroll through the ancient city of Yulin and try to feel the vicissitudes of 600 years. Although the ancient city has been repeatedly baptized by war, the pattern has not changed, and its historical charm can be learned. ?
