Gourmet ingredients: 1 jin of fresh milk (don’t mix it with water!) mixed with 2 taels of cornstarch, 1 tael of sugar and 6 egg whites; 1 and a half kilograms of flour, salt, 1 tablespoon of baking powder (mixed with crispy flour) (for frying), 2 pounds of oil (for frying things, you don’t actually need to use that much, it’s better to use peanut oil, which is more fragrant)
Production process:
1. Pour milk, sugar, cornstarch, and egg whites into a large soup bowl and stir evenly. 2. Then pour it into the pot, bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, stir-fry slowly until it becomes a paste, then scoop it up and spread it out on a plate to let it cool. Then put it in the refrigerator, wait until it cools and hardens, then take it out and cut it into pieces.
3. Add 3 taels of flour, half a pound of water, salt and baking powder in a basin and mix well to make a crispy paste for fried milk.
4. Put a lot of oil in the pot and heat it to 60%. Be careful that the oil is not too hot. Then put the cut ice cream cake into the batter and roll it with crispy batter. Just put it in the oil pan, fry until golden brown and then serve!
