Prepare a small pot, preferably non-stick pan, put the sugar into the boil with a little water, and milk or juice can be boiled together, cooked into a thick, and then use a spoon to get out of (be careful to burn -), placed in advance on a toothpick or other above, cooled on the eat. (Toothpick on a hot place, I used to put it on top of the back of a knife)
