Homecooked braised dishes
Ingredients: potato 1 piece, bell pepper 1 piece, carrot 1 root, vermicelli 1 small bar, pork belly 1 piece, 3g of seasoning salt, 20g of soy sauce, 2g of vinegar and 2g of onion/kloc-0.
Practice:
1, prepare the ingredients used, cut potatoes and carrots into thick slices, break off green peppers, and soak the vermicelli in boiling water.
2. Slice pork belly with skin for later use. Stir-fry pork belly in a pot with a little oil, add onion, ginger and garlic, pour in a little soy sauce and rice wine, and stir-fry the fragrance into a bowl.
3. Pour the oil in the pan again. This oil should be a little more. First stir-fry the potatoes in medium heat, stir-fry the carrots for one minute and then stir-fry for another minute.
4. Stir-fry the green pepper for one minute, put the fried meat slices, then add onion, ginger and garlic, soy sauce and rice wine to saute, add water, and then add salt and vinegar to boil.
5. Put the vermicelli on medium heat, cover it, burn for about five minutes, and finally collect the juice.
