Pheretima angustifolia is long and thin, curved, with slightly curled edges, with a length of15 ~ 20 cm and a width of1~ 2 cm. All have links, the back is brown to purple-gray, and the abdomen is light yellow-brown; The link14 ~16 is the reproductive belt, which is often called "white neck" and is brighter. The front end of the body is slightly pointed, the tail end is blunt and round, the bristle ring is rough and hard, and the color is slightly lighter. The male genital foramen is located on the small foramen process of the ventral bristle ring of the 18 link, with several shallow skin folds around the outer edge, the inner bristle ring is raised, and there are horizontal rows (one or two rows) of papillae on the front two sides, with each side ranging from10 to 20. Pheretima is salty in taste and cold in nature, and belongs to liver, spleen and bladder meridian. It is used for dizziness due to high fever, convulsion, arthralgia, numbness of limbs, hemiplegia, asthma and cough due to lung heat, edema and oliguria. Wine earthworm is good for crushing, removing fishy smell and correcting taste, convenient for oral administration and external use, and can also enhance the effect of dredging channels and collaterals, and is used for correcting headache, cold-dampness arthralgia and fracture swelling and pain [2].
