Practice
1: Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about 8 minutes, remove, cool in cold boiled water, drain, and mix in olive oil.
2. Saute minced onion, celery, carrot and garlic in butter, put in minced beef and stir-fry, then add tomato juice and fresh spices, add a little water to cook savory meat sauce, and then add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Sauté the garlic paste in butter, add the noodles and stir-fry, then add the meat sauce and mix well.
4: Serve the noodles in a bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese and coriander.
