Ingredients: millet spicy, green pepper, noodles, fat minced meat.
Seasoning: onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar and corn starch.
Exercise:
① Mix a sauce: pour in 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of salt and sugar, and 1 spoon of corn starch, and mix well with half a bowl of water.
(2) Add minced meat into the hot oil and stir-fry until it becomes discolored. Stir-fry more than half of onion, ginger and garlic over medium heat. Stir-fry the chopped peppers slowly 1 min. Add the remaining onion, ginger and garlic, pour in the juice, and stir-fry slowly for a while.
③ Boil the noodles, remove and put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, add chopped pepper sauce and chopped green onion and mix well.
Tips:
-Remember to wear gloves when cutting peppers by hand, or your hands will be very spicy!
-You can put the extra sauce in the refrigerator and finish it in a week!
