Hello, duodenal ulcer is difficult to cure. The goal of drug treatment is to control symptoms, promote ulcer healing, prevent recurrence and avoid complications. At present, the most commonly used drugs are divided into the following categories:

(1) At present, there are mainly H2 receptor antagonists (H2-RA) and proton pump inhibitors (PPI) in clinic. PPI is the first choice for treating duodenal ulcer because of its faster healing rate and higher healing rate. (3) Gastrointestinal motility drugs are mainly used for patients with nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and other symptoms to promote gastrointestinal emptying and relieve symptoms.
