White jade jiaozi practice:
Ingredients: 500g flour, 200g wax gourd and 300g mutton.
Ingredients: onion, ginger, cooking wine, oil, salt, chicken soup (chicken essence is not used), miso and jiaozi seasoning.
Practice:
1, peel the wax gourd, scoop it, cut it into pieces, squeeze it with a juicer (don't throw away the crumbs), and use the filtered wax gourd juice and flour for later use.
2. Chop mutton, onion, ginger, and add chicken soup (or water and chicken essence) to the mutton stuffing to make the mutton stuffing paste.
