There is only one kind of dandelion.

The dandelion is also known as the yellow flower groundnut, mother-in-law, Hua Hua Lang. Asteraceae perennial herb. Head-like inflorescences, seeds with white crown hairs knotted pom-poms, flowers after blooming with the wind to a new place to nurture new life.

1. The product of the leaf surface view:

The upper and lower epidermal cells perpendicular peripheral wall undulate curved, the surface keratin texture obvious or sparse visible. The upper and lower epidermis have non-glandular hairs, 3-9 cells, 17-34μm in diameter, the apical cells are very long, wrinkled and whip-like or detached. The lower epidermis has more stomata, indefinite or unequal, 3 to 6 parietal guard cells, and the leaf pulp cells contain fine calcium oxalate crystals. Lactiferous tubes are visible next to the leaf veins.

2. Root cross section:

Cork cells in several rows, brown. The phloem is broad, with clusters of milky tubes intermittently arranged in several whorls. Forming layers in rings. Xylem smaller, rays inconspicuous; ducts larger, scattered.
