Although there is no graphic version, please be patient and read it ~
I ran out of small bottles at home, and I never took a step diagram when I made milk tea pudding, so I was born with a picture-free version ~
These steps were originally written in a handwritten version in a notebook ~
Do one step, write one step, so please believe in it and read it patiently ~
Ingredients:
3 packets of black tea, 50g of sugar, 2 pieces of gelatin tablets, 200g of whipped cream and 300g of pure milk.
Steps: 1. Soak the gelatin tablets in ice water for about an hour. It is best to soak them in cold storage in summer. Again, prevent the gelatin tablets from being soaked. 2. Add white sugar to the milk pot, bring it to a boil with low fire (the milk skin will form in the fire), turn off the fire, add the black tea bag, cover it and stew for about 3 minutes (it will have the bitter taste of tea after a long time), and remember to press the tea bag with a spoon after stewing, so that the milk left in the tea bag will be fully dissolved.
3. Take out the tea bag, pour in the light cream and stir it.
4. Add the soft gelatin tablets and stir until the gelatin tablets melt. Last time, I forgot to write which step to add gelatin tablets! ! ! ! )
5. It is still fully sieved to ensure the smoothness of the pudding liquid ~
6. Cool the screened pudding liquid with ice water, and remember to stir it ~
7. Finally, the cooled pudding liquid is packed in your favorite container. I like this small bottle. Haha, let it be refrigerated for 4 hours or more ~ If you are in a hurry, you can put it in the freezer 1 hour and then move it into the freezer, so the solidification time will be shortened ~
After a few hours, all I got was a few bottles of these little things ~
