Materials:
200g milk, 25g sugar, cassava flour 180g, sweet potato 150g, purple potato 150g, 20g brown sugar, 200ml hot water, a little raisins, a little peanuts, a little sesame seeds and a little crushed ice.
Exercise:
(1) Skating taro, water, hemp and potato.
(2) Pour 200 grams of milk, 15 grams of sugar and 20 grams of cassava flour into the pot and stir evenly.
(3) Turn on a small fire and stir until it is thick, turn off the fire and continue stirring for half a minute, then put it in the refrigerator for later use.
(4) Slice 150g sweet potato and 150g purple potato, steam them in a steamer until soft and rotten (chopsticks can be easily inserted), and take them out and mash them.
(5) Put 5g of sugar into the purple potato puree and sweet potato puree respectively, wherein110g of cassava flour is added into the sweet potato puree, and 50g of cassava flour is added into the purple potato puree respectively, and knead into two smooth and non-sticky dough, then knead into a cylinder and cut into three sections. Because the water content of steamed sweet potato and purple sweet potato is different, the addition ratio of cassava starch is also different. If the dough feels dry during kneading, you can add a small amount of water several times to make it smooth.
(6) Knead the dough into strips, and then cut it into small particles with a knife.
(7) After the water in the pot is boiled, put the taro in the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes. When the edge floats transparently, take it out.
(8) Cooked taro balls pass through ice water, and the taste is more Q-elastic.
(9) Put 20g of brown sugar into an empty bowl, pour 200ml of hot water and stir it into sugar water, then add the refrigerated potatoes and taro balls in turn, sprinkle a little raisins, peanuts and sesame seeds, and add some crushed ice.

3, ice powder taro.
Materials:
Appropriate amount of ice powder, sweet potato 1, 3 purple potatoes, 3 taro, 350g cassava flour, brown sugar water, mango, pineapple, raisins, tomatoes, peanuts, fresh milk and red beans.
Exercise:
(1) I didn't buy ice powder, it was made of white bean jelly. Stir and melt about 50 grams of powder with 50 water, then add it into 1000 grams of boiling water, stir while cooking, take it out, cool it, shape it and cut it into small pieces with a knife.
(2) Peel and wash the bought sweet potatoes, purple potatoes and taro.
(3) Slice and steam for 10 min.
(4) After grinding into mud, add a proper amount of cassava flour and knead it into smooth dough without adding water. I bought a little more sweet potato and purple potato taro this time.
(5) Rub into long strips and cut into small pieces.
(6) Everything is ready, which is quite time-consuming.
(7) Boil water. After boiling, cook the taro until it floats. You can take it out and put it in cold boiled water. Be sure to put it in cold water or iced water, so that taro will be more chewy and softer.
(8) Cut the prepared fruit into small pieces, add enough water and appropriate amount of rock sugar to the red beans in advance and cook until soft and rotten until the water is dry, thus becoming delicious honey beans. If you like cold, you can add smoothies at the bottom, then add ice powder, add fruits, taro, honey beans, raisins and peanuts, and add a few spoonfuls of brown sugar water to eat. Ice powder can be added with a lot of delicious food, all according to your personal taste. Before going out to eat, you can also add chopped hawthorn, watermelon, jam, Ciba and so on.
(9) You don't need to add ice powder or brown sugar water to eat taro, and taro and honey beans are similar. With fresh milk or coconut juice, the taste of taro is light, not sweet or greasy, but very refreshing.
