2. Wash the pork and cut it into pieces of moderate size.
3. After boiling in a pot with water, pour out the water and then wash the meat.
4. Re-drain water in the pot and put meat, ginger and cooking wine.
5. After boiling water, put soy sauce and salt, and turn to low heat after boiling.
6. Chopsticks can easily penetrate the meat without bloodshot, cooked meat and discoloration.
7. Tear the meat by hand, eat it with garlic paste, or eat the meat directly.
