Steps of making:
1. Steam crabs
Firstly, wash the crabs you bought with a brush. If you want them to be more beautiful when steamed, tie them up. . Put the washed crabs into a steamer and steam them over high heat. Steam the pot for 20-25 minutes. The specific time depends on the size of the crabs. If the crabs are bigger, steam them for a longer time. If they are small, steam them for a while.
2. Prepare the dipping sauce
While steaming the crabs, let’s prepare some dipping sauce. If you don’t like dipping sauce, you can skip this step. Prepare minced garlic, chopped green onion, green and red millet pepper, and cut chili rings. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the minced garlic, add a few peppercorns and stir-fry over low heat until the minced garlic is golden. Put it into a bowl, add one spoon of light soy sauce, two spoons of mature vinegar, and half a spoon of vinegar.
