4 yellow croaker
2 short loofahs
ginger
green onions
1 tablespoon of Haitian Seafood Soy Sauce
Steps 1Wash the yellow croaker, remove the skin of the loofahs, and wash the green onions and ginger.
Step 2Heat the oil, drain the yellow croaker and fry it. Fry until both sides are almost cooked.
Step 3Put 5 bowls of boiling water directly into the pan where you fried the fish, cover with a lid and turn on high heat. Cook until the fish soup is creamy. When fish is cooked through, remove and plate.
Step 4Put the chopped squash into the fish soup. Cook until the squash becomes soft. Serve.
