Pork ribs hand-picked rice is 20 yuan a portion
Ingredients
5 pieces of large muscle ribs, 1 green onion, 3 garlic, 1 piece of ginger, water 1200cc, 1 package of braised buns, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rock sugar, 1/2 cup of rice wine, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of rice wine, 2 tablespoons of sweet potato powder
Method
1. Wash and drain the pork ribs, put them into a container, add all the marinade ingredients, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Cut green onions into sections and slice ginger, set aside.
3. Take a pot, pour an appropriate amount of oil, heat the oil pot to 160℃, then add the ribs from step 1, fry the ribs until they are colored, then remove and set aside.
4. Heat up another pot, put 3 tablespoons of oil in the pot, add the garlic, green onions and ginger slices into the pot and saute until fragrant.
5. Pour soy sauce, rock sugar, and rice wine into method 4, stir evenly, and stir to cook.
6. Add water to step 5, stir well and bring to a boil.
7. After step 6 is brought to a boil, add the spareribs from step 3, simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, then take them out and put them on a plate.
