What are the delicacies of three countries that you will eat in your life?
Italian
Italian food is the best food on earth and anyone who disagrees is wrong and a fool. Italians are masters of simplicity. Their cooking philosophy is to use as few ingredients as possible and get each ingredient at its best. From Milan to Palermo, there’s enough food to last a lifetime. A bite of real margherita pizza from a small family in Naples will make you want to go back and spit on the people who served you pizza elsewhere. Life isn't complete until you've sat on a Tuscan hill with a clove and pecorino panini and a bottle of Brunello.
Texas
Texas used to be a sovereign state, so I'm going to expand the rules a bit to treat it as a country (larger than France). Texas cuisine is a fusion of the various immigrant groups that founded Texas. Tex-Mex is the ruler of all. Filet mignon with grilled jalapenos and onions served on a lava hot iron skillet with fresh corn tortillas and avocado guacamole and a margarita. Perfect. I don't want to live in a world without fajitas. barbecue. Texas bullock is something no mere mortal should have access to. Then in east Texas, where the Louisiana Cajun and Creole influences were deep, crawfish played a hundred roles.
UK
The food of the British Isles makes my heart beat faster. Full English breakfasts, roast lamb with Brussels sprouts and Yorkshire puddings, steaming steak and kidney pies, fish and chips served in newspapers, eaten while walking the cobbled streets. Meat pie. Pork pie. Every type of pie imaginable is available. Rhubarb crumble cake. The best cheese in the world. Sausages and bacon worth killing. Beef Wellington, oh my God! A pint of bitterness. Life is good.
Runner-up countries: India, Japan and Greece.
