In Ingredients:

Potatoes 2

Cumin 1 tbsp

Olive oil 1 tbsp

Method:

Potatoes peeled, cut into long thick strips with a wave cutter

2. p>1. Peel the potatoes and cut the fries into thick strips with a wavy knife

2. Soak the cut potato strips in water to remove excess starch

3. Dry them with kitchen paper and add a spoonful of cumin and a spoonful of olive oil to scrub them evenly

4. Turn them over halfway through the cooking process and cook them in air fryer mode at 185 degrees for 30 minutes
