Cucumber, cabbage, vermicelli

working methods
1, carefully cut the cucumber, slice the cabbage horizontally with one or two knives, and cut into filaments;
2. Soak the vermicelli in warm water, blanch it in boiling water, and drain it in cold water for later use;
3. Put shredded cucumber, shredded cabbage and vermicelli into a large bowl, and add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, chicken essence, vinegar and cooked sesame seeds;

Jambalaya

working methods
1. Wash peanuts, put them in a bowl, soak them in warm water for 4 hours, then add pepper and aniseed and cook for half an hour.
2. Wash celery and cut it into small pieces 1.5cm long;
3. Wash carrots and cut them into cubes;
4. Blanch carrots and celery in a boiling water pot, then blanch in cold water and drain for later use;
5. Put peanuts, carrots and celery into a plate, add refined salt, monosodium glutamate, Chili powder and sesame oil and mix well.
