Cold sea cucumber
Ingredients: 2 sea cucumbers, a handful of coriander, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate and sugar.

Stewed sea cucumber
Ingredients: pigeon 1 piece, dried Tricholoma matsutake1piece, 3 sea cucumbers, 50g pork tenderloin, ginger slices, shallots and salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash Tricholoma matsutake and soak it in cold water until soft. 2. After the sea cucumber is slaughtered, take out the internal organs, clean them and cut them along the abdomen with scissors. 3. Pigeons are eviscerated, washed and put into a cold water pot with pork tenderloin. 4. Boil until the water boils, skim off the blood foam and turn off the fire. 5. Take out the pigeon and pork tenderloin, chop up large pieces of pigeon and pork tenderloin and wash them with warm water. 6. Prepare another casserole, and add pigeon meat, pork tenderloin, soaked Tricholoma matsutake, juice, ginger slices and onion segments. 7. Pour hot water until the raw material is about 5 cm. Sauté ed sea cucumber with onion;
