Materials
450g of low gluten flour, 250ml of water (the biggest black spoon is 1cup), 6g of yeast (1tbsp is not full), 3g of baking powder (1tsp), 30ml of condensed milk (1/8cup), 7.5g of sugar (1/2tbsp), 2.5ml of oil (1/2tsp), salt 1g(1/4tsp)
Methods
1, prepare the ingredients

4, knead the dough
5, cover with a cloth and wake up for 5 minutes
6, knead the dough into long strips
7, cut it into sections
8, shape it into round buns. 15, see below the rolls, large dough rolled into a rectangular sheet
16, brush the top with oil
17, sprinkle salt
18, the top sprinkled with chopped green onion, meat floss
19, rolled into a roll
20, cut into segments
