Cheese preservation method:
1 When storing a soft, semi-soft or semi-hard cheese, it can be packaged in wax or parchment. Paper packaging can breathe the cheese, that is, it is in contact with the outside air, so long as a little air can penetrate into the cheese through the paper packaging.
2. Soft cheese needs some air, so it won't be too wet. Soft or semi-soft cheese wrapped in plastic packaging will basically suffocate the cheese, and the moisture of the cheese will be blocked, thus destroying the cheese skin and the taste of the cheese.
3. If fresh cheese is stored without skin, then store it in a closed container.
