1. Fresh shrimps are decapitated, shelled and pedicled, cucumbers are washed and carrots are sliced.
2. Wash with salt and baking soda.
3. Add a proper amount of starch to the washed shrimp, and then grab it evenly by hand.
4. Pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it, then pour in the shrimps and stir-fry until it changes color.
5. Add cucumber and carrot slices and stir-fry until cooked.
6. Add some salt to taste before cooking.
