Both red-stemmed wild celery and green-stemmed wild celery are poisonous. Not edible.

Wild celery:

Cicuta virosa L., also known as wild celery, Chinese Pulsatilla, poisonous ginseng, celery leaf hook and hemlock (English name: Northern Water Hemlock), is a perennial herb of Hemlock in Umbelliferae, with a height of 70~ 100cm and a solitary, hollow and multi-branched stem. The leaves are pinnately divided for two or three times, with sharp and serrated edges, and the basal leaves are provided with petiole membranous leaf sheaths. Hemlock will produce a compound umbel, which is terminal, hemispherical and has white petals; Double berries are nearly spherical.
