Production method: After fresh bean dregs are cooked, appropriate amount of other feeds such as bean cake (meal), rapeseed cake, corn, bran, etc. Generally speaking, the consumption of fresh bean dregs should be controlled at 20% ~ 25% of the total feed, and the dry bean dregs should be below 10%. At the same time, energy feed such as corn should be controlled in the range of 50% ~ 58%, bran should account for 10% ~ 15%, and the content of bean cake or soybean meal should also be kept at 5% ~ 10%. In addition, sufficient mineral elements such as salt, calcium and phosphorus and turquoise feed (or vitamins) should be added to ensure the comprehensive and balanced nutrition of pig diet, meet the growth and development needs of pigs and promote the healthy growth of pigs.
Pay attention to the following points when feeding pigs with bean dregs:
Cooking and feeding. Raw soybean dregs contain anti-nutritional factors such as anti-trypsin, which will hinder the trypsin digestion and absorption of soybean protein by pigs and reduce the utilization rate of protein. Therefore, raw bean dregs should be heated and boiled for 10~ 15 minutes before feeding, and the absorption and utilization of protein in feed can be improved after being damaged by trypsin decomposition. Pigs also prefer to eat cooked bean dregs. In addition, fresh bean dregs have high water content, and feeding frozen bean dregs in winter is easy to cause digestive disorders in pigs.
Control the dose. Some farmers arbitrarily increase the proportion of bean dregs in pig diet because of the low price of bean dregs. Long-term feeding is easy to cause loss of appetite, indigestion and even infertility or abortion in sows. Piglets have fast growth rate and small stomach volume, so the feed needs high nutrition content. Generally, the dosage of bean dregs should not be too high, so as not to cause nutritional deficiency and poor growth of piglets, and the feeding amount of growing and finishing pigs, reserve pigs and empty sows should not be too high or completely replace concentrate.
Ensure quality. The quality of bean dregs must be guaranteed. Because bean dregs contain a lot of water, especially in hot summer when the temperature is high, it is easy to rot and mold. It should be noted that the storage time of bean dregs should not be too long, and the storage place should be ventilated and cool. If pigs eat spoiled bean dregs, it may lead to enteritis, diarrhea, dysentery and other diseases, and even death. Therefore, spoiled bean dregs must not be used to feed pigs.
