Accessories: onion, salt, ginger, onion, cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. Slice ginger and cut onion.
2. Wash the sheep bones.
3. Remove sheep bones from boiling water.
4. Remove the bone.
5. Boil the water in the casserole, add the fished bones, ginger, onion, a little cooking wine and vinegar, cover the lid, boil over high heat, and simmer for about 2 hours.
6. When it is ripe, add some salt and you can drink it.
