Acetic acid fiber fabric is an artificial fiber which is esterified by acetic acid and cellulose. Belongs to the artificial fiber family, and likes to imitate silk fiber best. Made of advanced textile processing, it has bright color, smooth and comfortable feel, and its luster and performance are close to that of mulberry silk.
Characteristics of acetate fiber fabric
1, there is no charge for acetic acid fabrics; It is not easy to absorb dust in the air; Dry cleaning, water washing and machine hand washing can be carried out below 40℃, which overcomes the problem that silk and wool fabrics carry more bacteria; It can only be dry-cleaned if there is dust, and there is no defect that wool fabric is easy to be eaten by insects, so it is easy to take care of and collect. Acetic acid fabric has the resilience and smoothness of wool fabric.
2. Excellent dyeability: Acetic fiber can usually be dyed with disperse dyes, with good dyeability and bright color, which is superior to other cellulose fibers. Acetic fiber has good thermoplasticity. Acetic fiber softens at 200℃~230℃ and melts at 260℃, which is similar to synthetic fiber. After plastic deformation, its shape will not recover, and it has permanent deformation.
3. Appearance like mulberry silk: The appearance luster of acetate fiber is similar to that of mulberry silk, with soft and smooth hand feeling, the same specific gravity and the same drape as mulberry silk. The fabric made of acetate silk is easy to wash and dry, not mildewed and moth-eaten. Its elasticity is better than viscose fiber.
