1. Soak the pig liver for about 10 minutes, then wash it, remove the white things, slice it, put it in a bowl, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate and starch, mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.
2. Remove seeds and pedicels from green peppers, wash and cut into large pieces for later use.
3. Shred two pieces of ginger and cut the first two pieces of garlic into long strips.
4. Heat the pot on a big fire, pour in oil (slightly more than usual cooking), pour in green pepper and stir fry, and serve it out later.
5. Add shredded garlic and saute until fragrant. Pour in the mixed pork liver, stir-fry until the pork liver is completely discolored, and separate each piece. Pour in green pepper slices and stir well. Serve. The whole process takes about two or three minutes.
