One turtle, 6-10 small dates
5 slices of ginger and a little bit of yellow wine
6-10 mushrooms and 10 lilies
A little bit of angelica, a little bit of goji berries

How to make turtle soup
Step 1
The first step was to buy the turtle from the seller and have it slaughtered (there is a lot of yellow oil in its guts). One turtle, let the seller slaughter it when you buy it (there is a lot of yellow oil in the turtle's innards, make sure to clean it)

Separate the turtle shell from the bottom shell, with the bottom shell facing up.

Put all the ingredients into a pot and simmer slowly on low heat for one hour (you can also use a pressure cooker to top up the air for 15 minutes)
