Fry squid until soft;
1. Preparation materials: squid beard 500g, garlic moss 300g, shredded ginger, onion, salt, cooking wine, starch, chicken essence and sesame oil.
2. Cut the squid whiskers and garlic moss into 3cm long and blanch for later use.
3. Slice the onion and ginger.
4. Put oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant.
5. Put the squid in the pot and stir fry for about 10 second.
6. Add garlic seedlings and continue to stir fry.
7. Add a little salt and chicken essence, pour a little water starch and sesame oil and stir well.
