Method
1. Add yeast powder to warm water and stir evenly. Mix low-gluten flour, salt and baking soda evenly.

4. Sprinkle a little flour on the table and roll the dough into a thin sheet, about 2 mm thick.
5. Flatten repeatedly and fold together after pressing.
6. If you use a dough press, press the third level of thickness and use a wheel cutter to cut out the lace.
7. Cut into squares, place on the baking sheet, use a fork to prick a few small holes on the top, sprinkle a little water on top, and finally sprinkle with a little salt, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minute.
8. Preheat the oven and bake at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes.
