Materials:
10 chicken wings, honey, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine (red wine can also be used), ginger, red and dry chili peppers, five-spice powder, black pepper.
How to make:
If the chicken wings are frozen, thaw them first. Place 10 fresh chicken wings in a microwaveable vessel
Add a small amount of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce is enough.
Add the wine or red wine, about 2 tablespoons, mainly for removing the fishy flavor of the wings.
Add salt, a little ginger foam, a little chili seeds, a little five-spice powder (usually sold in supermarkets), a little black pepper.
Mix the chicken wings and ingredients well, and fully adhere to the ingredients.
Cover and place the chicken wings in the refrigerator freezer to marinate, preferably overnight (so be sure to prepare in advance, not ready to eat. If you're really in a hurry, marinate for 2-3 hours as well to fully take in the flavors).
