Materials:
Lotus leaves, glutinous rice flour, sugar
Steps:
1. Take the right amount of fresh lotus leaves, wash and cut into fine silk;
2. Pour the cut lotus leaves into a blender, add the right amount of glutinous rice flour and sugar, and mix according to the ratio of 50:25:25;

3. Stir the blender until the lotus leaves, glutinous rice flour and sugar are evenly mixed;
4. Put the blended lotus leaves, glutinous rice flour and sugar into a mold and press it down, and filter out the granular lotus leaf tea with a sieve;
5. Dry the filtered granular lotus leaf tea, and put it into a cool and dry place for storage.
Note:
1. When cutting lotus leaves, separate the stems and leaves to avoid the bitter taste of lotus leaf tea;
2. When mixing, control the proportion of glutinous rice flour and sugar, mix well;
3. When pressing the mold, use the right amount of strength, otherwise the granular lotus leaf tea is not easy to solidify;
4. Drying time to pay attention to the moisture, to avoid mold.
