1. Limit high-fat foods, such as edible oil, peanuts, walnuts, almonds, sesame paste, ham, pork belly, sweet cheese, etc.
2. Avoid eating spicy and irritating foods, such as common chili, pepper, mustard, curry, etc. The body will react immediately after eating these foods because they are relatively irritating. Patients with hypothyroidism should avoid this kind of stimulation and are more suitable to eat something mild and light in taste.
3. Hypothyroidism patients are not recommended to eat raw or cold foods, such as sashimi and oysters. These foods are quite irritating and may contain parasites, which can cause gastrointestinal discomfort. It is also best not to eat iced drinks and ice cream. Although there is nothing that cannot be eaten in terms of ingredients, it may cause irritation to the patient because it is too cold.
4. Hypothyroidism (referred to as hypothyroidism) is a disease in which the body's metabolism is reduced due to reduced synthesis and secretion of thyroid hormones, or insufficient physiological effects. According to its cause, it is divided into three categories: primary hypothyroidism, secondary hypothyroidism and peripheral hypothyroidism.
