1, Chinese yam ribs: preparation of ingredients
Yam 100g, ribs 500g, cooking wine 10g, ginger 5g, onion 10g, salt 4g, monosodium glutamate 2g, chicken essence 2g and pepper 2g.
Production steps
Soak yam in warm water overnight, cut into pieces, wash ribs and cut into sections, blanch, pat ginger loosely, and cut onions into sections;
Put yam, sparerib, cooking wine, ginger and onion into a stew pot, add 2800 ml of clear water, boil over high fire, and stew for 35 minutes;
Finally, add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, pepper and yam to stew ribs.
2. Stir-fried yam slices
Slice auricularia auricula and yam and soak in warm water for a while.
Boil the oil, onion, garlic, pepper and dried pepper, cut into small pieces, put them in the oil pan for about ten seconds, and stir fry.
Add salt and serve with a simple home-cooked dish.
