The simplest way to make belly soup is as follows:
1. Wash the raw pork belly, cook it, then take it out and let it cool.
2. Cut pork belly into shreds, shred water fungus, cut coriander into sections, and chop green onion and ginger.
3. Add oil to the wok, heat it up, add onions and ginger and cook until fragrant.
4. Add a bowl and a half of broth, add salt to the belly after boiling, boil again, skim off the foam, and add fungus.
5. Add pepper, dilute starch with water, stir and add.
6. After boiling, skim off the foam, drop in sesame oil, turn off the heat, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with coriander.
