Cultivation techniques of shiitake mushrooms
The new planting method of Lentinus edodes can choose bag material for planting. This method can produce mushrooms many times in 1 year, and realize large-scale production. The first is raw materials, such as carbendazim, gypsum, calcium superphosphate, sugar, wheat bran, sawdust and so on. Soak sawdust in limestone 12 hours. Mix with water in proportion and pile up. After the culture is fully decomposed, it is disinfected. Then the culture materials are bagged, put into a culture room at 25℃, cultured with mushroom hyphae, and then put on a shelf for mushroom promotion.

First, the advantages of new mushroom planting technology

1. The traditional cultivation method of Lentinus edodes is relatively simple. Farmers often put shiitake mushroom strains on chestnuts or branches of other trees, and then cover them with film to let shiitake mushrooms ferment naturally.

2. This method is simple to operate and does not need too much labor, but it will lead to less mushrooms, easy infection with strains, and will consume a lot of wood.

3. At present, the new technology of mushroom cultivation is mostly bag cultivation, which has the advantages of safe planting environment, less pollution, easy availability of cultivation raw materials, multiple mushroom production 1 year, large-scale production and so on.

Second, the new mushroom planting technology

1, prepare raw materials

Carbendazim 35g, gypsum 1 kg, calcium superphosphate 1 kg, sugar 2 kg, wheat bran 20 kg and sawdust 76 kg.

2, manufacturing a cultivation substrate

(1) Soak in 0.2%-0.3% potassium permanganate solution 12 hour, or soak in 2% limestone 12 hour.

(2) According to the above formula, the culture raw materials are evenly mixed, then mixed with water according to the ratio of 1: 1.3, and then stacked. The width of the pile is 1.2-2 m, the height is 1 m -5 m, and the shape is trapezoidal. The length should be selected according to the quantity and site of raw materials, and the pile should last for about 26 days.

(3) Disinfect the fully decomposed culture material for the first time 1 before putting it in the mushroom house, and disinfect it for the second time after putting it in the mushroom house, which can reduce the occurrence of miscellaneous bacteria and pests in the mushroom house, bedstead and culture material.

(4) Put the sterilized culture material into a bag, which can be packed with a cylindrical transparent film, and the mouth of the bag is a round mouth with a diameter of 3cm, and then put a cotton plug to facilitate the later inoculation of mushrooms.

(5) Disinfect the packaged culture material in the steamer again, and when the temperature is cooled to about 35℃, move it into the inoculation room to inoculate mushrooms. In the meantime, avoid putting the inoculation port near the alcohol lamp.

(6) The inoculated culture material is put into a culture chamber with a temperature of 25 DEG C and a relative humidity of 60%-65% to culture mushroom hyphae. When the surface color of the culture bag turns Huang Shi, it means that about 40% of the culture hyphae in the bag turn brown, so the bag can be taken down and put on the shelf for mushroom promotion.

(7) In the process of mushroom popularization, uncovering the film can increase the temperature difference between day and night, which is beneficial to the formation of mushroom fruiting bodies.

(8) Mushrooms can be picked when the fruiting body is 70% to 80%, and the surrounding fungus blocks and small mushrooms should be avoided when picking.
