How to Make Brown Sugar Buns
Ingredients: 3 cups medium gluten flour, 1 cup water, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 ? tsp dry yeast, 1 tbsp salad oil

Methods

1. Pour in the brown sugar in a small saucepan and add a little of the 1 cup of water to moisten the brown sugar. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining water, then turn on the heat to medium-low and cook until the sugar dissolves evenly, then remove from heat and let it cool down to become black syrup

3. Spoon 3 tbsp of cold water into a container, add the dry yeast and leave it to stand for 5 minutes, then pour it into the all-purpose flour and then add the black syrup

4. Stir the mixture into a ball with chopsticks and add 1 tbsp of salad oil and knead with your hands until it becomes a fine texture. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 50 minutes

5. Remove the dough from the oven and place it on a dry flour-dusted tabletop, then shape it into a large rectangular piece, and then into a 1cm-thick rectangular piece. Spray the dough with cold water to moisten it slightly, and leave it to ferment for 15 minutes until the surface becomes delicate

7. Then transfer it to a steamer with the water already boiling, and steam it over high heat for 10-12 minutes, then remove it from the heat and simmer for 1?-2 minutes to finish it
