Exercise:
1. remove impurities from Lycium barbarum, wash it and soak it in warm water until soft.
2. Wash walnuts and red dates.
3. Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in cold water for half an hour, take it out and drain it.
4. Put the glutinous rice into the pot, add about 1000 ml of cold water, and bring it to a boil.
5. Add Lycium barbarum, walnut kernel and red dates and cook for 45 minutes on low heat.
6. Add sugar to adjust the taste and serve.
