Ingredients: two earth eggs, Longxiang hakka yellow rice wine and Lycium barbarum.
Exercise:
1. Pour hakka yellow rice wine into a bowl, add Lycium barbarum and stir well;
2. Add a proper amount of water;
3, directly into the eggs, skim off the foam above;
4. Put it in a steamer, boil the water and steam for about 5 minutes, then turn off the fire and stew for 2 minutes.
