In addition to boiled eggs, we occasionally feed our baby steamed bread and scrambled eggs, or stir the eggs, flour, chopped green onion, water and peanut oil evenly and make an omelet for our baby in a pan.
Between eight and ten in the morning, I take my baby to outdoor activities. This is very important. Only when the baby has a large amount of activity can he eat well and sleep well. Come back from outdoor activities to eat fruit (if your baby doesn't like fruit, you can cut the fruit into cubes, and then mix it with yogurt or cheese to make a fruit salad to ensure that your baby loves it).
Lunch: from 11: 00 to 11: 30, sago oatmeal, small bright cheese (original flavor), or black sesame paste (lotus root starch) cheese, etc. Because I take care of my children alone during the day, I have a simple lunch.
Take a nap from twelve o'clock to around two o'clock in the afternoon. Wake up after a nap and drink 100g plain yogurt and eat cookies and cakes (not too much).
Dinner: at about 4: 30 in the afternoon, noodles with rich taste are usually given to the baby with shrimp, seaweed, carrots, broccoli, lilies, etc. (just chop them up and boil them); Or tomato, rape, egg noodles, rice, pumpkin and sweet potato porridge. Because my baby was not picky about food since he was a child, I basically tried all kinds of seasonal vegetables for him. If you are afraid of getting tired of eating noodles, you can give your baby jiaozi (we usually wrap a lot at a time, and then quickly freeze it, which is enough for the baby to eat several times) or meatballs (such as chopping fish, shrimp, chicken breast and onion ginger to make meatballs, which the baby loves to eat, you can also make more at a time, then quickly freeze it and cook it in noodles for the baby every time).
Outdoor activities from 5: 00 to 6: 30, bathing at 7: 00, drinking 200ml formula at 7: 30, and falling asleep at 8: 00.
My baby is a typical type of early to bed and early to rise, and the meal time is relatively early. On the one hand, it is based on the baby's own work and rest rules, on the other hand, it can just prepare for the baby to go to kindergarten in the future (the meal time of my baby is roughly the same as that of kindergarten).
