Production process:
A heat the cup, you can pour hot water into the insulated cup to raise the temperature of the cup, and then pour out the excess water. Another method is to put the coffee cup in the heat storage area of the espresso machine, and when it is extracted and concentrated, the cup will have a temperature.
B After grinding the deep roasted coffee beans, pour them into a press and flatten them with a powder press. Then buckle the extraction port of the Italian coffee machine with a pressure filler to extract Espresso. The extraction time is generally 20-25 seconds according to the actual filling pressure. The amount is 30ml.
C If you make an original latte, you can add chocolate syrup to the extracted Espresso. Generally 6-8 ml. For other flavors, syrup with different flavors can be added.
D Take a proper amount of milk and put it under the steam mouth of the espresso machine to make a mixture of high-temperature milk and milk foam, which should not exceed 90 degrees, otherwise it will destroy the milk foam.
E mix milk and milk foam and shake it up and down to shake the milk foam and milk evenly.
