2. Selection of planting land: ridge land, sloping land, dry land, pentagonal land, sandy land or fields with deep and loose soil layers and easy drainage are selected for planting. If the planting site is a slope, the slope shall not exceed 30 degrees. When the flat land is ready, build the boundary and prepare the horizontal bar in the mountain area. Before planting (in the winter of the year before planting), ploughing should be done to let it weather naturally, the ploughing depth should be less than 25CM, and the broken soil should be raked flat. According to the biological and ecological characteristics of Ficus tomentosa, combined with the soil conditions in the planting area and the local intensive management degree, about 1000 plants were planted per mu, the row spacing was 80CM×80CM, holes were opened according to 40CM×40CM, and 5 ~ 6 grams of compound fertilizer was applied to each hole. The decomposed farmyard manure is used as the base fertilizer, which is planted after being evenly mixed with the soil.
3. Transplanting: Transplanting can be carried out in February-March or autumn. Usually, it is planted in rainy weather or after the soil is soaked, and 1 plant is planted in each hole, and the seedlings are planted stably, and the soil is filled and compacted. Sprinkle root water immediately after transplanting, and then according to the weather conditions, generally once a day after transplanting 1 week. The seedlings cultivated in this area are packed in nutrient trays, and attention should be paid to the cultivation of root system at seedling stage in order to achieve economic yield and improve survival rate. According to the cultivation situation of several bases, the survival rate can usually reach more than 95%.
