The raw materials to be prepared are pork belly (554g), cucumber (2), garlic (2), onion (2), ginger (10), licorice (5) and pepper (2 tablespoons), and the seasoning to be prepared is salt (13 tablespoons). Get these ready and you can start doing it.
Step 1: remove the hair from the cooked pork belly, put cold water in the pot, boil the water for another two minutes, then turn off the fire and drain the pork belly. Then, the onion is taken out, washed and cut into sections, the ginger is washed and cut into pieces, and the garlic is washed and chopped and put into a machine to make garlic paste.
Step 2: Take a clean pot, put half a pot of water to boil, add onion, ginger, licorice, pepper and pork belly, cover the pot, stew for 20 minutes on medium fire, then turn off the fire and let pork belly stew for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Pick up the pork belly in the pot, soak it in cold boiled water prepared in advance until it is completely cooled, and then evenly cut the pork belly into 0.5 cm thick slices.
Step 4: Take out the cucumber, rinse it, remove the head and tail, and slice the cucumber with a melon planer.
Step 5: Add the prepared salt, soy sauce, sugar, concentrated chicken juice, Chili oil, sesame oil, chopped green onion and stock, and mix well. All of them are added into the prepared garlic paste to make garlic paste.
Step 6: Take a slice of pork belly and a slice of cucumber and roll them into a roll. Similarly, roll all the pork belly slices and cucumber slices together, put them on a plate and pour them with garlic sauce.
