Ingredients: 5 fresh scallops, 30cc of olive oil, 10g of sliced garlic, 1 sprig of chili pepper, appropriate amount of white wine, 180g of cooked lasagna noodles, appropriate amount of nine layers of tartar, 60cc of stir-fry sauce
Directions:1. Fresh scallops are pan-fried over low heat and set aside.
2. Saute garlic slices, chili peppers and white wine in olive oil.
3. Add cooked lasagna noodles and sauce and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add the scallops and the nine layers of pagoda and stir-fry for a while before serving.
