Ingredients:
Medium gluten flour 1 00g, milk 64g, yeast powder10g, fine sugar15g, a little pink pigment, a little orange pigment, a little green pigment and a little bamboo charcoal powder.
Practice:
1. Add medium flour, powdered sugar and oil to the basin, add yeast powder to the milk and mix well, then pour it into the flour and mix until it looks like cotton wool.
2. Knead the dough into smooth dough by hand, and divide the dough into 110g (piglet), 65g (orange), 3g (pig nose and ears) and 2g1g (orange leaves and pedicles).
3. Add each pigment to the dough and knead it evenly. 1 1 0g of dough adds a little pink pigment, 3g of dough adds pink pigment (darker than light pink), 65g of dough adds orange pigment,1g adds green pigment and1g adds bamboo charcoal powder.
4. Knead the pale pink dough evenly, gently press it flat, and make 3 grams of pink dough into pig nose and ears, brush it with water and stick it on.
5. Divide out the orange dough 1 3g small dose, rub it round and stick it on the pig's head. Divide the rest of the dough into 3 parts, and make a hole with a bamboo stick.
6. Black dough is used as orange stalks, green dough is used as small leaves, brushed with water and glued, and a little black dough is rounded to make pig eyes.
7. When the steamed bread is nearly 1.5 times larger, put it in a steamer, boil it, continue steaming for 10 minute, and then open it after steaming for 5 minutes.
