How to make bread in the oven?
Put the flour, yeast powder, milk, sugar and eggs into the bread machine, press the kneading function, and after kneading the dough once (there will be noise), add melted butter and knead the dough again, and then knead the dough to twice its original size.
Rub the air out of the noodles and divide them into portions the size of eggs.
Make it long with a rolling pin, with two sharp ends and a wide middle. Wrap it with stuffing such as pork floss and salad dressing, roll it up and let it stand for 30 minutes.
You can also rub it into long strips and wrap it on sausages.
Prepare egg liquid and honey water.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, brush the formed bread with honey water and egg liquid, and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Brush honey water and egg liquid several times in the process to make the bread color better.
