Ingredients: One crucian carp (about 1 catties), 4 free-range eggs
Ingredients: half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of peanut oil, 3 slices of ginger, a little green onion
Method:
1. Fry 4 eggs into poached eggs and set aside
2. Wash the fish, drain the water, heat the pan, add peanut oil, and wait until the oil is slightly hot. Add ginger, put the fish into the pot and fry on both sides until it changes color
3. Put the fried crucian carp into the boiling water, add the poached eggs, bring to a boil over high heat, and use after boiling Simmer over medium heat for about half an hour until the soup turns white. Then simmer over low heat for half an hour and the delicious soup is ready. It only takes one hour to complete.
4. When ready to drink, add salt, turn off the heat, add a teaspoon of peanut oil, and add chopped green onion.
