Steps for Stir-Frying Beef with Green Peppers
1
Wash the beef and reserve it for another use.
2
Wash the green pepper, cut into strips, ginger julienne, garlic minced, a small piece of lemon.
3
Beef cut into thin slices, pour soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, pepper, squeeze the lemon juice, mix well with chopsticks, and let it sit for half an hour to make it taste good.
4
Heat a pan and pour in the cooking oil.
5
Add the chopped ginger and garlic.
6
Steam the beef slowly and add it to the pan
7
Stir-fry over high heat.
8
When the beef is white in color, add the green peppers, stir-fry quickly, add a little salt (the beef has been seasoned), and then stir-fry a few more times.
Tips
Squeeze some lemon juice into the chopped beef beforehand to keep the beef tender during the stir-fry process~
